Goodbye W....Hello Obama

I didn't vote for Obama, but I feel that as a nation we must respect him as our 44th President as he is sworn in today. This is a very historical day and I look forward to watching the inauguration .

A fond goodbye to George W today. I wish him well and I hope Dallas will welcome he and Laura with open arms. Enjoy your retirement!!!

  1. You can be sure Dallas will welcome President and Mrs. Bush with more than open arms! We are SO excited to have them here and are preparing for their big arrival! I am right there with you on standing behind Obama even though he was not my choice for president. We need to continue to pray for him and his family as they take on this huge job!

  3. Hi there! Glad you found my blog and stopped in! I tore the page out of the Martha Stewart magazine and since I didn't want anything else got rid of the rest of it! It was a pale yellow spring looking issue with I believe a tulip (not the new issue with the brown cover). I would be more than happy to mail you the instructions I tore out if you can't find it! I'm not sure if it would come out clear if I e-mailed it to you??? My e-mail address is: jeannettethatsme@hotmail.com! It is the absolute best scarf I've ever owned; my mother loves the one I made her too! Have a great day - Sincerely, Jeannette
